Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective & efficient system solutions.
2. Participate in the development and implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
3. Perform system testing to ensure performance and quality.
4. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including software developers, system engineers, project managers, and end users.
5. Monitor post-sales engagement and provide necessary support.
6. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in retail banking.
7. Contribute to problem-solving, process design, and analytical report writing.
8. Provide training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business System Analyst.
3. Proven experience in ERP, CRM, and DMS in BPO's banking environment.
4. Comprehensive understanding of retail banking.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficient in project management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Familiarity with post-sales engagement process.
9. Ability to work in a team and independently.
