- Partnering with Boutique Managers to identify gaps for boutique improvement and deliver best-in-class client experience.

- Analyse effectiveness of incentive programs and provide recommendations to motivate and drive sales performance.
- Responsible for retail analytics and reports related to boutique performance and suggest rooms for sales, clienteling and customer service improvement.
- Retail Excellence & Operations
- Lead and participate in retail operations optimization initiatives, drive efficiency gains through process re-design, automation and best practice implementation.
- Coordinate, communicate and implement operational tools consistently: retail handbook, rosters, uniform arrangement, CRM appointment etc.
- Ensure full compliance of the Group's SOP, procedures, guidelines & security measures.
- Spend a minimum of 50% of the time in boutique, work closely with boutique team to understand operational challenges, provide hands-on support.
- Project Management
- Ensure HQ projects are well disseminated at regional level.
- Transversal collaboration with Assistant Wholesale Manager to support on External Boutiques “Retailization”.
- Boutique opening / renovation / relocation / closing.
- Bachelor's degree holder, minimum 5 years' experience of experience in performance analytics and luxury background an advantage.
- Strong analysis, planning, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Action and result driven.
- Agile, good time management and be flexible to prioritize.
- Strong relationship management and collaboration, a team player.
- Fluent in English and any local language within Southeast Asia would be an added advantage to work with stakeholders from various countries.
- Proficient in MS Office / SAP / BI.
