At Cosentino (www.cosentino.com) we are looking for a Lead Technical Customer Support - APAC, who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.

What you will do

As A Lead Technical Customer Support - APAC, you will be the person in charge of managing our Technical Support Team and strategy in APAC, ensuring your team provides advanced technical support to our sales representatives, assisting in resolving incidents with our clients and ensure their prevention and proper Product Management/Training.

Among your functions will be:

· Managing a team os 2 Technical Customer Support Specialists in the Region, ensuring Quality and business goals are met.

· Attending clients' projects and facilities to conduct trainings and support sessions, ensuring their correct fabrication and installation.

· Management and review of possible claims and customer complaints, auditing the quality of our products and procedures.

· Conducting internal and external Product Training Sessions, either individual or group, to our current and potential clients on the use and handling of our products.

· Development of Training Sessions (with the possibility of practice in workshops) on the installation of large surfaces.

· Lead the review and creation of Product manuals, updating them based on new needs or projects.

What you need to succeed

Education:
Required Knowledge:
Technical knowledge in machinery, fabrication process and Cosentino Products.
Advanced English and Spanish

Experience:
2 years as a specialist using porcelain materials and installing large-format flooring.
Experience in installation and assembly of ventilated facade.
