How do i turn this on?
Find tutorial for your browser below :
  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

  • Provide technical support for Windows servers and network to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Manage Infrastructure and Services
  • Administer security products such as firewall, spam filter, phishing test tool etc
  • Provide L1 to L3 support for organisation
  • Proficiency with Windows and Linux
  • Provide IT support, end user computing including network routers and switches

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • At least 6 to 10 years of IT support experience within Financial Institutions/Banks
  • Experience in Avaya, Cisco, FortiGate, VMware
  • Experience in network administration such as VLAN setup, switching, routing, DNS etc.
  • Experience in Cloud technologies and cybersecurity concepts
  • Experience in desktop hardware and software diagnostic, configuration, and support
  • Diploma/Degree in IT with at least 6 years’ experience
  • Ability to speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required to speak to stakeholders in China, HongKong and Singapore.
