Schedule consultations with interested leads and follow up consistently.
- Consultative Selling & Customer EngagementConduct personalized one-on-one consultations to address client concerns.
Educate clients on solutions that align with their goals and circumstances.
Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships through professional and ethical sales practices.
- Sales Process & ClosingGuide potential clients through the decision-making process.
Overcome objections related to fees, timing, and service value.
Close deals efficiently and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Pipeline & Lead ManagementMaintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Execute timely and structured follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
Ensure all prospects receive a high standard of service and communication.
- Performance & GrowthConsistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Continuously improve sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
Stay updated on market trends and client behaviour to refine sales approaches.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in consultative sales
- Persistent in follow-ups and closing deals through multiple touchpoints.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp for business communication, and structured sales tracking.
