Description
[Pre-Sales]
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer suitable product solutions
- Conduct product demos and presentations, effectively articulating the value proposition to prospective clients
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
- Suggest workarounds to system to fit client needs
[Implementation]
- Communicate with customers to understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Responsible for the preparation of project documents and development of the project plan, as well as to manage progress of the project and changes
- Setup system configuration during project implementation
- Complete the final function test during the project implementation process to meet customers’ requirements
- Provide system training for clients and provide required support
- Any other tasks assigned by manager
Skills and Competencies
- At least 3 years' experience in implementing HR systems
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Independent and detail-oriented, able to work in fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build authentic client relationships
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability
