  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

In pursuing our mission to make Singapore our Safe and Secure Best Home, we remain always constant and true to our core values of Honour and Unity.What you will be working on:Job Scope: a) Strategic Planning and Oversight: • Lead development of MHQ's 5-year Science and Technology (S&T) initiative roadmap. • MHQ lead for co-secretariat team for the Home Team Science & Technology Agency (HTX) - Ministry of Home Affairs HQ (MHQ) AI Steering Committee. • Lead secretariat team for MHQ ICT Digitalisation Steering Committee (IDSC). b) Operational Technology Implementation and Management: • Lead team to engage with MHQ Divisions to understand pain points, conceptualise desired to-be state and identity capabilities to develop to improve work processes through digitalisation. • Lead coordination with MHQ Training and Programme Management Centre (MTPMC) to identify and match technical resources to MHQ Divisions' S&T needs. • Drive MHQ Digital Factory operations to implement low code/no code digital solutions with quick turnaround times. • Plan and guide Senior Managers to implement initiatives to increase digital adoption within MHQ, including forming cross-functional digitalisation teams, rolling out ICT platforms and tools (including requirements gathering, staff training on use of tools, communications to staff on upcoming changes etc), change management to build digital-first mindset of MHQ staff. • Lead team to conduct and analyse satisfaction surveys on workplace ICT tools for timely feedback to MHQ CIO.What we are looking for:
  • Strong leadership skills as well as communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive initiatives, engage stakeholders at all levels and manage teams effectively. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate organisational pain points into process improvements and technology solutions. • Experience in resource prioritisation and managing multiple S&T projects. • Proficiency in change management, product design methodologies, and service journey mapping preferred. • Good knowledge of current and emerging technologies applicable to MHQ use cases, with a keen interest in latest tech trends. All new appointees will be appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance.
