- Develop relevant manpower models to facilitate benchmarking and manpower analysis;
- Gather inputs, including manpower data, from both internal and external stakeholders for sense making;
- Work with PTOs to review business and work processes to increase productivity;
- Develop a sectoral competency map to deepen skills of PT Bus and/or Rail Workforce;
- Manage manpower planning taskforces, committees and meetings;
- Provide management updates and report on a regular basis;

- Knowledge in preferably Economics/Political Science/Business Studies, or any equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience;
- Relevant work experience in data modelling and analysis, manpower planning and development is a plus;
- Able to see strategic big picture while tying down the tactical project details;
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Organised, meticulous and able to multi-task;
- Good team player who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Possess good written and verbal communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;
- Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
