What the role is:MANAGER / DEPUTY /ASSISTANT MANAGER, SECTORAL MANPOWER ANALYSIS & PLANNINGWhat you will be working on:You will be part of LTA's manpower development team responsible for strategic industry manpower planning and development to meet the land transport industry's evolving manpower requirements.The key responsibilities of your role will include the following:
  • Develop relevant manpower models to facilitate benchmarking and manpower analysis;
  • Gather inputs, including manpower data, from both internal and external stakeholders for sense making;
  • Work with PTOs to review business and work processes to increase productivity;
  • Develop a sectoral competency map to deepen skills of PT Bus and/or Rail Workforce;
  • Manage manpower planning taskforces, committees and meetings;
  • Provide management updates and report on a regular basis;
  • Any other work-related duties as assigned by management.
What we are looking for:
  • Knowledge in preferably Economics/Political Science/Business Studies, or any equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience;
  • Relevant work experience in data modelling and analysis, manpower planning and development is a plus;
  • Able to see strategic big picture while tying down the tactical project details;
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
  • Organised, meticulous and able to multi-task;
  • Good team player who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Possess good written and verbal communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;
  • Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
