Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the bakery outlet, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customers' inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Train, mentor and supervise new staffs, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Schedule staffs' shifts and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Oversee inventory levels and stock replenishment.
  • Supervise and guide the bakers, ensuring efficient production and consistent quality.
  • Recruiting, conducting training and onboarding for new employees.
  • To perform cashiering function and manage opening/ closing cash sales handling and financial transactions.
  • Track sales targets and performances monitoring.
  • Analyze sales data identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain workplace safety, health policies, clean and organized outlet environment.

Job Requirements:

  • SINGAPOREANS ONLY
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a bakery or food service environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of bakery operations and food safety is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staffs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.
