Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the bakery outlet, including opening and closing procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customers' inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Train, mentor and supervise new staffs, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Schedule staffs' shifts and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Oversee inventory levels and stock replenishment.
- Supervise and guide the bakers, ensuring efficient production and consistent quality.
- Recruiting, conducting training and onboarding for new employees.
- To perform cashiering function and manage opening/ closing cash sales handling and financial transactions.
- Track sales targets and performances monitoring.
- Analyze sales data identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain workplace safety, health policies, clean and organized outlet environment.
Job Requirements:
- SINGAPOREANS ONLY
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a bakery or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of bakery operations and food safety is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staffs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.
