As a programme developer and the exclusive partner of Finland’s Arkki in Singapore (www.arkki.sg), we design and deliver immersive programmes to learners aged 7-19 and extend to adults and corporate learning experiences.

We’re a small, driven team, recognised for our professionalism and delivering high-quality, impactful learning experiences. Now, we’re looking for a Programme Manager to help drive our programmes and contribute to new ideas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with people, and is excited to help shape and run meaningful initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project meetings internally with coaches and externally with clients
  • Develop engaging, hands-on learning experiences and programmes for children and adults, including topics relating to design and architecture, innovation and sustainability
  • Ensure smooth execution of projects within agreed timelines, budgets and resources.
  • Prepare presentation decks for meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Oversee materials and operational logistics

Expectations

  • 3+ years of experience designing interactive workshops and learning experiences. Preferably with background in architecture or design.
  • Creative and proactive in initiating ideas to enhance learning experiences
  • Confident in leading discussions and presenting ideas to clients
  • Familiarity with sustainability concepts is a plus
  • Strong project management skills – organised, resourceful and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and a can-do attitude when facing new challenges
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
