Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Meeting Translation: Provide accurate translation services during business meetings to facilitate clear communication.
2. Project Management: Assist in the advancement and management of company projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
3. CEO Scheduling: Organize and manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
4. Business Activities: Participate in business activities and events, representing the company and supporting the CEO.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant assistant experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and upward management skills.
- Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English in order to liase with internal and external stakeholders.
- Background: Experience in the internet industry is preferred.
- Travel: Must be able to accept irregular travel schedules.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
