About Off Duty Pilates

Off Duty Pilates was founded on the belief that Reformer Pilates should be seen and experienced as a lifestyle with energetic, fitness-focused group classes that remain true to the principles of Pilates, private Reformer and Pilates Equipment classes, coupled with our core commitment that Pilates should be accessible and enjoyable. Helmed by a group of friendly, experienced and approachable instructors, working out at ODP is the perfect way to a strong and lean body.
