Human Resources Operations Manager

HR Operations Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues, HR Operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, talent management. This role will also cover recruitment for corporate positions.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Prepare onboarding & off-boarding processes for newly hired and resigned employees.
- Sign up for employee insurance
- Employee confirmations & annual appraisals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee P-file and leave records
- Ensure monthly payroll is calculated and submitted for approval and to Finance for processing and CPF submissions
- Application of Employment Passes (EP), S-Pass, Work Permit (WP) (where applicable)
- Application for Government Grants (eg. Career Conversion Programme, etc)
- Proactively address employee relations issues, concerns, and conflicts, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Conduct thorough investigations and guide on disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
- Promote effective communication and teamwork among employees
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant employment laws (MOM, CPF, IRAS) and industry best practices for the group
- Assist the Managing Director in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the organisation's goals and objectives
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, pre-screening, and selection for the internal corporate team.
- Develop employee evaluation and feedback processes and conducting regular feedback sessions
- Plan and execute engagement activities for the employees
- Prepare staffing reports for placement partners of our seconded employees
- Stay informed about industry trends and benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation structures
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
