Job Description

  • Support the end-to-end coordination of Learning & Development programmes, including general training execution (from pre-training, during training and post training)
  • Craft newsletters and maintains communications channels with programme participants
  • Conduct data analysis and/or prepare reports on training effectiveness and impact
  • Involve in learning design, conduct research and generate insights for the development of learning materials for learning programmes (e.g. case studies)
  • Manage day-to-day Learning & Development administration and operations
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast-learner with strong time management skills to deliver work on time
  • Detail-oriented and well-organised in a dynamic work environment
  • Possesses a can-do spirit
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have experience in working with adobe illustrator or visual design would be a plus
  • Full-time interns who can start as soon as possible are preferred (3-6 months or longer)
