- Submit progress claims, track payments, and manage accounts receivable.
- Finalize payments, track retention amounts, and record project completions.
- Provide weekly project updates, generate management reports, and perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Troubleshoot and advise clients on maintenance issues, ensuring satisfaction.
- Coordinate service technicians, manage project documents, and ensure compliance.
- Implement tracking systems for service cases and follow-up with stakeholders.
- Review project schedules and work with engineers to support project phases.
- Quotation Summary, WIP, Progress Claims, Accounts Receivable, Transmittal Summary.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Organized, precise, and able to manage multiple tasks.
