Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound Management
- Verify supplier deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Input goods data into NAV system and assign storage locations
2. Outbound Operations
- Block near-expiry/expired products from shipment
- Coordinate documentation handover with logistics carriers and export department
3. Inventory Control
- Conduct daily cycle counting (target accuracy rate ≤0.3%）
- Monitor inventory turnover ratio and report slow-moving stocks
- Process returns & write off and update reverse logistics records
- Conduct Month end inventory counting
4. Documentation Processing
- Update daily inventory and follow up
- Maintain digital logs for inbound/outbound/transfer operations
- Assist to apply transport processing driver's Pass (For Example: Apply Jurong Island Pass, Changi Airport Visitor Pass)
- Generate monthly inventory accuracy analysis reports

- Interest in supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency with standard office software
