- Involvement in developing curriculum, facilitating student learning, conducting assessments, and performing tasks for modules related to Advanced Manufacturing/ Smart Factory Systems, Mobility Systems Design, Thermofluids, or Systems Engineering.
- Undertake administrative tasks related to course management.
- Spearhead and identify new opportunities and collaboration with industry.
- Work on industry or consultancy project to stay relevant in your profession.
- Support student development through mentoring, guidance, and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Possess relevant Mechanical Engineering/ Systems Engineering qualifications, with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in Advanced Manufacturing/ Smart Factory Systems, Mobility Systems Design, Thermofluids, and Systems Engineering would be an advantage.
- Experience in 3D CAD design or CAE would be desirable.
- Passionate about education and possess a strong interest in nurturing, teaching, mentoring and interacting with students.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, independent, and ready to work as a team.
