- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience with good knowledge in area of community mental health and have experience in conducting group and community based programmes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High proficiency in written and spoken English with good facilitation and presentation skills
- Able to speak in Mandarin and/or dialects would be essential for engagement with seniors
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with individuals and systems at multi-levels
- Good analytical and assessment skills
- Team player with an ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisation skills and structured.
