Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in driving sales of our public speaking curriculum package through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing client relationships.
- Assist in conducting thorough needs assessments to understand prospective clients' requirements and help tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Aid in delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our curriculum package.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
- Follow up with clients to ensure attendance at trial classes and provide additional support as needed.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the education or curriculum sales industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Thrives in a sales-driven environment.
- Proficient in English and other languages, with excellent communication skills.
- Able to commit on both weekends.
