Responsibilities:

Manage quality related activities throughout the design, project execution, assembly and testing phase.

  • Perform Quality Control Activities as required to ensure product conformance with relevant industry standards and specifications.
  • Work closely with the project team in failure investigation of product.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures in accordance with Safety Management System. Including:
  1. Active participation and contribution in safety meetings.
  2. Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
  3. Actively promote positive safety culture.
  • Adhere to Quality policies and procedures in accordance with the Quality Assurance System. Including:
  1. Compliance to work instructions.
  2. Raising corrective actions for all non-conformance.
  3. Identifying areas requiring improvement and/or audit.
  • Implement and work in accordance to the Quality Management System manuals and procedures.
  • Performs in process checks/inspections in accordance to industrial specifications.
  • Ensure on-time calibration is carried out for all in-house inspection, testing equipment/devices and maintenance of all calibration records as per document control process.
  • Identifying and feedback areas of improvement in the current operational processes.
  • Perform documentation (eg. Work Instruction, Process/equipment checklist, etc) review and update when required.
  • Participate in internal audits when required.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years experience in electrical/electronics industry.
  • Working experience in electrical/electronics industry will be added advantage.
  • Work wells under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Able to work OT.
