- Define Product Roadmap - Including all aspects to future roadmap, investment, innovation, and experimentation
- Execution of Product Planning and Development - Including customer goals and business requirements for product release, ensuring implementation is aligned with product goals and requirements, and ownership of product positioning
- Lead Product Launch - Lead GTM delivery, ensuring the customer and business goals are met in operational launch plans
- Lead Operations - Including monitoring and response to customer feedback, continuous improvement and adoption
- Lead interaction with Technical Team - Including helping the technical team make tradeoffs based on customer requirements, QA/testing of the product
- Influence senior leaders across the firm for the product's vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of previous work experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technical product management role
- Demonstrated success collaborating with design and engineering peers to lead a product development team
- Comfortable with Agile processes, with an emphasis on creating backlogs that support the product roadmap
- Proven ability to influence and/or lead a cross-functional team without direct authority
- Ability to translate customer needs into a product roadmap
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex problems and roadmaps to stakeholders
- Ability to define a value driven business case for new products and KPIs to track success of new product
- Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders outside their direct control
- Proven ability to lead by example, with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to set goals, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate progress to stakeholders
