What the role is:In this position, you will assume responsibility for the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies that not only engage and captivate audiences but also propel our clients' brands to success and achieve business growth.Your primary responsibilities will encompass not only the establishment of a framework for conducting brand and marketing audits and conducting market research for brands but also the formulation of data-driven recommendations to enhance brand performance.Beyond crafting brand narratives and conducting market research, you will also play a key role in facilitating branding workshops for clients and stakeholders, equipping them with insights and strategies to enhance their brand presence. Additionally, you will be involved in business outreach activities, nurturing industry connections and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.What you will be working on:Conduct brand audits and analysis to measure performance, identify opportunities, and optimise brand strategies.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends, customer insights, and brand differentiation opportunities.Define the client brand's unique value proposition, key messages, and positioning.Develop and implement brand strategies and narratives that engage diverse audiences across multiple channels while ensuring alignment with omni-channel marketing objectives.Facilitate brand related workshops and training sessions to help clients and internal teams understand and apply brand strategies effectively.Be involved in business outreach efforts, engaging with industry stakeholders, SMEs, and potential partners to explore collaborative opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand campaigns, ensuring unified messaging and strategic content alignment.Monitor brand performance and establish a feedback system for consumer insights analysis, enabling data-driven recommendations for strategic adjustments.What we are looking for:Proven experience in brand strategy, brand development or a related field.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and insights to inform brand strategies.Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and engage diverse stakeholders.Experience in business development, client engagement, or industry outreach is a plus.Results-oriented and capable of measuring and reporting on the impact of brand strategies.Portfolio demonstrating a proven track record of developing successful branding and marketing strategies.About Nanyang Polytechnic:Nanyang Polytechnic is committed to providing quality education and training to prepare our graduates for life and work, equipping them to contribute to the technological, economic and social development of Singapore.
