This role promises a platform to develop a diverse skill set, fostering your professional advancement in the future.What will your essential responsibilities include?· Event Coordinationo Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, i.e networking events, parties, tradeshow sponsorships;o Coordinate logistics for events, including venue booking, catering, promotional materials, manage invitations and RSVPs;o Attend events to provide on-site support as needed.· Marketing Content Creationo Create and/or update marketing materials such as market guides and product sheets in collaboration with Singapore’s and Hong Kong’s teams and the Europe & APAC design team;o Work closely with the email marketing team on the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns via Eloqua, and manage email lists for targeted communications.· External Communications Content Creationo Bring support for:§ Social Media Management: Support in drafting social media posting on LinkedIn (of events, speaking engagements, new joiner announcements), propose ideas for content to enhance online presence;§ Drafting external communications content for brokers and clients;§ Coordinations of thought leadership articles, in collaboration with a writer and the Europe & APAC’s marketing team;§ Proof-reading written materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.· Internal Communications Content Creationo Put together and send the monthly internal newsletters using a dedicated tool (Poppulo);o Support the Human Resources team by editing and sending the mentoring program newsletter using Poppulo.· Corporate giftso Support the selection of vendor(s) and corporate gifts;o Follow up their orders, usage and stocks.· Analysiso Compile and analyze data from website and publications to generate insights for marketing strategies;o Post event analysis on effectiveness;o Prepare reports summarizing key findings and recommendations.· Administrative Support, Collaboration and Communicationo Provide administrative support for marketing projects, including organizing online files and maintaining documentation in shared drive;o Work closely with various teams to coordinate information;o Communicate with external vendors and partners as needed.You will report to the Communications & Marketing Manager, AsiaQualificationsSHARE your talentWe’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:· Degree or Diploma holder in Business, Marketing or Communications· Project management skills· Multi-tasker· Excellent organizing and communication skills· Good writing skillsDesired Skills and Abilities:· Thoroughness· Adaptability· Analytical skills· Proficient in Powerpoint and Excel (vlookup)FIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
