Are you ready to take on a dynamic role leading the rollout of a cutting-edge Enterprise Access Control (EAC) solution for a large-scale organization? We are looking for a talented Project Manager to spearhead the implementation of Microsoft Entra ID, impacting 33,000 internal and external staff, including ground staff, cabin crew, pilots, agents, and vendors.

This exciting opportunity involves coordinating with technical teams, vendors, and business units to ensure the secure and efficient implementation of advanced security technologies, such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), adaptive Conditional Access, and passwordless Authentication—all while improving the user experience.

If you are ready to make a significant impact by overseeing a large-scale, high-security project, then this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage detailed project plans for the phased MFA rollout, coordinating with technical teams to implement Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access policies across different user groups (ground staff, cabin crew, pilots, vendors).
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication between business units, IT teams, and vendors. Regularly report project status to senior leadership.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues, working with teams to resolve them and keep the project on track in terms of scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Change Management: Oversee communication, training, and support activities to ensure smooth adoption of MFA across all user groups. Develop contingency plans for potential challenges.
  • Compliance and Security Oversight: Ensure adherence to corporate security policies and coordinate with the Information Security Team to address compliance requirements for MFA implementation.
  • Vendor and Third-Party Coordination: Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and competitive solutions are sourced for MFA hardware/software.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates on project progress, user adoption, and any blockers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience managing large-scale IT implementation projects, preferably in security or identity management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and MFA technologies.
  • Experience working with diverse user groups, including remote workers, ground staff, and executives.
  • Proven vendor management experience and a track record of working with external partners.

Skills:

  • Strong project management skills, with an emphasis on timelines, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and collaboration tools.
