- Education requirement – Bachelor's degree of science/engineering in chemical, chemical engineering, or related field
- More than 10 years of extensive experience in Hydrogen Peroxide manufacturing including engineer, management, and strategic planning role, with at least 5 years of experience as Head of Division/Department.
- More than 5 years of semiconductor-industry related working experience either as a manufacturer, supplier, R&D or other technical field
- Japanese language (JLPT N1 & above or relevant skill). As a Managing Director, this position requires extensive Japanese language skills to communicate with management from different departments (such as HR, Finance, IR, Sales, Strategic Planning, Engineering, Internal Audit) in HQ, Japan, whose company official language is Japanese. Attendance to Group President meetings at least twice a year held at HQ, Tokyo, which are conducted in Japanese language. Attend manufacturing technology discussion amongst sister companies, held in Japanese language. Report management status and occasionally propose investments to the BOD of HQ by preparing documents and attending the BOD meeting, all using Japanese language.

- Establish company goals and objectives, both annual and mid-term.
- Manage business plans to achieve short and long-term goals
- Overseeing the company’s business operations, manufacturing and other technical/engineering-related activities, and investments.
- Regularly report management status and propose business strategy to the HQ in Japan.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by HQ in Japan.
