
Preschool Language Teacher (Islandwide / No Experienced Needed) 5.5 Days
Our client is a leading player in early childhood education. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Preschool Language Teacher to be part of their Educating Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in Islandwide - easily accessible.
Duties of Preschool Language Teacher:
- Plan, supervise, and deliver engaging learning programs aligned with established guidelines and frameworks.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate teaching materials to support children’s learning and development.
- Track and document children’s progress, preparing reports and developmental portfolios.
- Communicate regularly with parents through various channels to provide updates and address concerns.
- Maintain a positive and nurturing classroom environment, using effective discipline techniques.
- Supervise and guide assistant teachers in daily classroom activities.
- Ensure a safe and stimulating learning space, including the upkeep of teaching resources.
- Provide basic first aid when necessary and adhere to all curriculum guidelines and policies.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education–Teaching
- Relevant experience
