Job Description:

  • Support in contract administration and record tracking
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
  • Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
  • Review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
  • Assist in developing plans for purchasing equipment, services and supplies
  • Participate in negotiating the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
  • Create and maintain an inventory of all incoming and current supplies
  • Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
  • Verify invoices and proceed with payment clearance accordingly
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to align details
  • Other tasks separately assigned in addition to the above


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or related field preferred
  • Preferred 2 year's working experience in relevant fields
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
  • Proven working experience in the procurement capacity is an added advantage
  • Talent in negotiations and networking
  • Good knowledge of supplier or third party solutions
  • Aptitude in working with numbers
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin due to regional coverage
