Responsibilities:
- Lead Change Initiatives: Manage change projects with a strong focus on communications.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct stakeholder analysis and align on governance structures, including RACI matrices.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate risks through change impact assessments.
- Communication Plans: Design and implement tailored communication and engagement plans.
- Training Programs: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to guide employees on upcoming changes.
- Monitoring and Support: Deploy Change Readiness Assessments, highlight gaps in stakeholder readiness, and provide actions to bridge these gaps. Design and deliver Go-Live communications and create a post Go-Live support model with trackable change adoption metrics (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8-10 years of experience in change management, preferably in the asset management industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
