
Accounts Executive (West / 5 days / Manufacturing)
Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive/Officer is responsible for managing daily accounting and finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, tax, and bank reconciliation. This role ensures accuracy and efficiency in financial processes, prepares reports, and supports budgeting and forecasting. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is crucial to maintaining financial integrity and aligning with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting and finance tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, tax, and bank reconciliation through job rotation.
- Manage CAPEX and Fixed Assets processes.
- Ensure timely financial closing and reconciliation, including intercompany transactions.
- Handle monthly journal entries, audit schedules, and lease matters.
- Prepare assigned financial reports within given deadlines.
- Participate in quarterly GST reporting on a rotational basis.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate policies.
- Liaise with financial institutions, auditors, tax agents, and vendors as required.
- Assist in annual audits, corporate tax filings, and ad-hoc tasks.
- Support system implementations and process improvements.
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting in line with corporate guidelines.
Job Conditions:
- Office-based role with dedicated workstations for efficient task execution.
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM/8:30 AM to 5:00 PM/5:30 PM.

- Strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or higher (CAT, partial ACCA, or LCCI with relevant experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting.
- Experience with Navision or Dynamics 365 BC is an advantage.
