Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Handle full set of accounts
- GST and compliance matters
- Assist to maintain and administer accounting matters for the portfolio of clients
- Timely preparation of accounts and financial reports to comply with the clients’ policies and statutory requirements
- Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll functions in relation to the portfolio of clients (monthly CPF contribution, IR8A tax submission)
- Any other ad hoc duties or assignments
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy; ISCA, ACCA, CPA or other equivalent professional qualifications;
- 1 to 3 years of accounting/auditing experience in outsourced accounting and/or audit firms;
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn;
- Ability to multitask and set daily, weekly and monthly priorities;
- Detailed-oriented with a strong level of accuracy in aspects or reporting and communication.
- Experience with using QuickBooks Online and Xero a plus;
- Experience in consolidation is preferred;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
