What the role is:As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Pre-School Education in the Schools Division, you will be part of a dynamic team working with MOE Kindergartens (MK), relevant MOE HQ Divisions and various stakeholders in the pre-school sector to oversee communications, marketing and engagement efforts for matters related to MK and the Nurturing Early Learners (NEL) curriculum.What you will be working on:Communications, Marketing & Engagement • Create brand awareness by conceptualising and implementing communications plan and digital marketing efforts for MKs, to boost MK enrolment all-year round, with focus on key events like MK Open House and Registration Exercise, and K1 Orientation • Manage and coordinate input across MKs, other MOE Divisions and external agencies (e.g., Early Childhood Development Agency) for preschool and MK-related matters on key communications platforms such as websites, mainstream media, social media platforms and mailing lists • Support MKs in localised publicity efforts through resource provision and capacity building, e.g., visual assets, templates and guidelines, workshops, marketing playbook • Conceptualise engagement strategy and approach for different stakeholders (e.g., MKs, primary schools, preschool educators, current and prospective families, external agencies or delegates) to create buy-in and serve as advocates of MK/ NEL Case Management Co-ordinator • Manage branch processes and guidelines for managing public queries via mCARE (MOE's customer service system) in relation to the area of assigned workWhat we are looking for:
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of related working experience • Effective communication (both verbal and writing), interpersonal and analytical skills with an eye for detail • Good understanding of current trends in digital and social media • Experience in marketing and/ or communications, and basic understanding of data analytics would be preferred • Excellent team player who is resourceful, creative, and adaptable • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
