  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish.
  • Support logistics management, including venue setup, catering arrangements, and equipment rentals.
  • Help create promotional materials and assist with event marketing efforts.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and attendees to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Participate in event setup and breakdown, ensuring all aspects are executed seamlessly.
  • Stay on-site during events to provide support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive experience for attendees.
  • Conduct research on event trends, venues, and vendors to support planning efforts.
  • Assist with post-event evaluations, including collecting feedback and data analysis.
Job Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed to support events.
