- Outreach and engage identified targeted segments (individuals/enterprises) to partake in IAL's programmes through marketing agencies or internally, specifying the types of campaigns (e.g., digital, social media, traditional) and their respective goals.
- Conceptualise tactical marketing campaigns aligned to organisational directions and goals to promote IAL's offerings.
- Run marketing campaigns to promote IAL's programmes, initiatives, and services, with specific KPIs and metrics for tracking success.

- Track success of social and digital media initiatives and ensure set KPIs are met by analysing key data, focusing on continuous improvement and staying updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Manage procurement of service providers (e.g., creative agencies, production houses) in accordance with the SUSS procurement policy, SSG marketing guidelines and budget planned.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in various projects, ensuring cohesive marketing efforts across departments.
- Special Projects and Ad-hoc Duties through participation in cross team and/or divisional projects to meet organisational needs and demands amidst evolving environments, as well as other operational tasks and duties that may be assigned from time-to-time.
- Tertiary qualifications, preferably in the area of business development, marketing, mass communications or business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or performance marketing, preferably in the education, professional development, or public sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Google Analytics, CRM (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce), BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and marketing automation platforms.
- Able to do data analysis and information research
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, paid advertising metrics, and A/B testing methodologies is a plus.
- Experience working with public institutions, government-funded programmes, or training providers is a plus.
- Ability to communicate well so as to act as liaison and help reach out to stakeholders, such as faculty and admin staff from other departments and divisions as well as associates and other external stakeholders.
