Job Description

  • Assist the Regional Talent team in the planning, management, and execution of our talent recruitment and development programs
  • Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to develop new initiatives and improve existing programs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of talent recruitment and development program-related updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Assist with system improvement projects for the Graduate Development Program, including the development and maintenance of a mini career site, applicant tracking system (ATS), and candidate data reporting
  • Assist with various HR and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • Having a passion for people, talent acquisition and culture
  • Having a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-orientation
  • Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment
  • Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
  • Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
  • Full-time interns who can start as soon as possible are preferred (3-6 months or longer)
