What we will trust you with
- Provide IT support remotely and onsite for Rentalworks’ clients
- Manage support tickets via Rentalworks ServiceDesk to ensure SLAs are met
- IT support on all end user computing devices; laptops, desktops, tablets & other IT devices
- Work on IT projects on planning and implementation
- Provide preventive maintenance support on a fixed scheduling
- Reports to Group IT Support Manager
What it takes
- At least 3 years’ experience in IT support
- Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Have an open mind-set with strong perseverance attitude
- Proactive with good time management skills
- Singaporean and Singaporean PR only
