Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Grant claims include monitoring, analysing financial transactions, track revenues and expenditures, co-ordinate preparing internal and external financial reports.
  • Administer grant funds adhere to Grantor, co-ordinate the submission of new grants
  • Analyse budgets and expenses
  • Review general ledger transactions to ensure accuracy
  • Ensure timely, accurate month end, quarter end and year end closing and financial reporting to Management
  • Review and prepare variance analysis for management reporting
  • Prepare forecast and budget
  • Review monthly audit schedules.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external parties like Grantors, external auditors etc
  • Ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
  • Assist in new processes and system implementation when required


Requirements

  • Accounting degree
  • CPA/ ACCA or its equivalent
  • Experience in SAP is a plus
  • Good working knowledge of IFRS
  • Knowledge of Singapore’s Tax laws and regulations
  • Well-versed in MS office, especially MS Excel, Power Point and Word
  • A Self starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
  • Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous, possess good interpersonal skills and a team player
