Requirements:

  • Experience managing HR operations for entities of a listed company, with a strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing employee share schemes or similar incentive programs.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
