Job Responsibilities
- Partner hiring managers to understand job requirements and acquire the best talents to meet business needs.
- Creating and posting job descriptions on job boards.
- Reviewing resumes and conducting initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Conducting reference checks and background checks on potential candidates.
- Extending job offers and negotiating terms of employment.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years' prior experience as an outsource recruiter or in-house TA role managing voluminous recruitment would be advantageous.
- Familiar with use of public job portals, eg Mycareersfuture, Jobstreet and LinkedIn job portals to data-mine candidates and filter applications
- Familiar with use of Applicant Tracking Systems eg Successfactors
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Singapore employment laws and regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
