Job Responsibilities

  • Partner hiring managers to understand job requirements and acquire the best talents to meet business needs.
  • Creating and posting job descriptions on job boards.
  • Reviewing resumes and conducting initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years' prior experience as an outsource recruiter or in-house TA role managing voluminous recruitment would be advantageous.
  • Familiar with use of public job portals, eg Mycareersfuture, Jobstreet and LinkedIn job portals to data-mine candidates and filter applications
  • Familiar with use of Applicant Tracking Systems eg Successfactors
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Singapore employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
