  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Working closely with commercial team to collate sales forecast, forecast figures are shared with European team via monthly meeting for stock replenishment to Asia trading plant
  • Updating weekly report for supply and demand.
  • Participation in monthly S&OP with various stakeholders.
Inventory Management:
  • Stock replenishment to Asia warehouses
  • Tracking of shipments.
  • Ensure monthly inventory are aligning to business strategy
  • Monitoring non-performing stocks.
KPI:
  • Prepare monthly report and disseminate to key stakeholders
  • Perform analysis on areas that are underperforming and liaise with key personnel for continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business Analytic / Operation / Maritime Business
  • Year of Study: Year 2-4
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Competency in MS office especially excel.
  • Commitment Period: May/June 2025 onwards, for a period of 6 months.
