  • Manage incident reporting, conducting RCA and AAR per ITIL standards.
  • Handle installations, updates, configurations, and bug fixes for hardware and software.
  • Conduct system checks, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Maintain and update technical documents, including diagrams, guides, and reports.
  • Work independently, following policies and procedures.
  • Support off-peak maintenance and travel onsite when required.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Windows/Linux OS, networking, and scripting.
