- Conduct regular audits of shipping and customs procedures, implementing corrective actions when necessary to maintain compliance.
- Perform tariff classification and ensure correct customs documentation for all imports and exports.

- Collaborate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other third-party service providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments.
- Track all shipments from initiation to delivery, resolving any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure proper record-keeping of shipping documentation and GST permits for monthly submissions and claims.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all customs-related activities and documentation, ensuring proper audit trails.
- Perform regular internal audits to identify areas of improvement in customs processes and work on corrective actions.

- Degree / Diploma with major in Supply Chain or other Business-related studies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, data analytical skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required as the role requires close collaboration with our team in China
- Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Team player with can do attitude, able to work with challenges and open to take on additional roles/ rotation
