This role will encompass both social media management and project coordination duties to ensure the successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns, events, and content deliverables. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Content Planning & Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, curate, and schedule high-quality content on LinkedIn social media platform, ensuring consistency with overall brand strategy and product positioning.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor social media channel, interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and engage in conversations that promote brand loyalty.
  • Social Media Campaigns: Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and drive traffic to websites and other digital properties.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and engagement metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.

Marketing Communications Project Coordination:

  • Trade Show & Event Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing trade shows, conferences, product launches, webinars, and media events. Ensure all logistics and marketing materials are prepared, and events run smoothly.
  • General Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with broader company goals.
  • Content Development Oversight: Coordinate the development and approval of content across various marketing channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and communication strategies.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with internal teams to gather and organize content for marketing collateral, campaigns, social media, and events, ensuring alignment with project goals before handing off to the external agency.
    External Agency Collaboration: Coordinate with external agencies to open projects, oversee communication, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing assets, including websites, collateral, campaigns, and social media content.
  • Communication & Reporting: Provide regular project status updates and communicate effectively with internal teams to keep all stakeholders informed. Use data-driven insights to report on campaign performance.
  • Tools & Platforms Used: Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint), HubSpot, Zoom Webinar, ClickUp, Asana, Canva, and other relevant tools to support content creation, project tracking, and campaign reporting.

General Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as invoice submission, event planning support, and managing logistics for on-site visitors or team members.
  • Vendor & Partner Coordination: Maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, and suppliers for event or campaign-related needs.
  • Crisis Management: Address any issues or urgent requests from social media or events that may arise unexpectedly.

Education/Qualification

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, project coordination, marketing communications, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot and LinkedIn page management is required.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Familiarity with Zoom webinar platform and AI tool use for marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in content creation, community management, and social media strategy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality content and clear project updates.
