Senior Software Engineer (.NET | Private Wealth)

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Private Wealth system (FinIQ platform) and other assigned banking systems (including bespoke Backoffice systems and tools).
• Analyze, design, develop, customize, test, implement, and maintain assigned systems.
• Work closely with the Tech Lead to gather requirements from users, perform technical impact analysis and estimate effort for development/customisation.
• Create and update functional and technical documentation, as well as prepare test cases.
• Develop, modify, and customize applications/platforms based on requirements, overseeing or working with other team members when necessary.
• Conduct peer reviews of source code and documentation.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare release procedures and support production implementations.
• Update user manuals, system operational manuals, and other essential documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues and problems, provide workarounds and/or work with the product vendor to resolve the issue where necessary.Perform root cause analysis and come up with preventive measures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server/SSIS/SSRS, Azure).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the FinIQ platform in Private Wealth management.
• Strong understanding of the banking domain, particularly in Private Wealth.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a complex matrix organization.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC methodologies, particularly waterfall.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and coordination abilities.
