  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

To plan, lead, execute and review work activities and on-site projects
Co-ordinate and provide consultancy for environmental sustainable development projects
Preparation of design and technical specifications for tenders.
Conduct & involve in energy audit, Green Mark assessment and LEED Certification & compliance with environmental standards & regulations
Collaborate with your peers and ensure all assigned projects and contractual obligation are met within timely completion schedule and ensure delivery of quality service for clients.
Prepare tender documents for the bidding of environmental sustainable development projects
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Design, or its equivalent
At least 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience
Ability to perform building energy saving calculations and sustainable simulation
Familiar in software such as ETAP or EPC
Experience in managing projects towards attainment of Green Mark Certification
Possess good interpersonal skills
Hands-on individual who is positive, proactive and driven
Team player with good communication skills
Meticulous and able to organise work effectively
Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period

Working Hours : Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 6.00 pm) & Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm)
