Key Responsibilities:
- Safety mindset when installing, modifying, repairing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and verifying the operation of the system platform by adhering to AEM policies, procedures, and work, following the direction of the Site Supervisor or Service Manager.
- Provide preventative maintenance in accordance with published procedures. Keep performance and maintenance records on the equipment.
- Completely required daily job documentation, procedures for an SQ checklist, and calibration tools, follow up, and pass-down knowledge to peers.
- Submit expected reports, such as service and status reports, A3 reports, and RMA tickets in real-time. Making sure TAT is achieved.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by always conforming to AEM and customers’ work protocols, policies, and local guidelines. Participating in job site safety reviews, safety toolbox meetings, and safety training.
- Productively react to changing priorities and support organizational and administrative duties.
- Communicate all existing and potential customer service/ Safety issues to the immediate supervisor in real-time.
- Provide training to customers.
- Satisfy AEM and customers’ on-site requirements, including safety and environmental guidelines.
- It is also required to work in close proximity to other team members. Positive and effective interaction with other team members is a necessary part of this position.

Experience Required:
- LOTO & COHE knowledge is a must. Safety certifications or formal Safety training is desirable.
- Subject to random OSHA Safety training, on Job Training, drug screening, and background checks
- Must have the ability to set up/troubleshoot complex capital equipment and use a variety of diagnostic tools such as multi-meters and other measurement devices on a regular basis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strict attention to detail.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. While maintaining & prioritizing safety. This includes managing multiple projects and meeting time sensitive objectives with minimal or no supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint), Knowledge of SAP and Smartsheet is an advantage.
- USA Visa updated – able to travel up to 75%
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to climb ladders and scaffoldings and use personal protective equipment.
- Must be able to work in awkward positions and in confined spaces
Education/Qualification
- A Degree in Mechanical or electromechanical engineering or a technical degree/related trade certification.
