Job Responsibilities :

1.Develop and implement an information security strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes defining security policies, procedures, and guidelines.

2.Risk assessment and management: Identify and evaluate potential security risks and vulnerabilities within the organization's systems and networks. 3.Incident response and management: Establish an incident response plan to effectively handle and respond to security incidents, including data breaches, malware infections, and other cyber threats. Coordinate with relevant teams to investigate and resolve incidents, and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.

4.Security awareness and training: Develop and deliver security awareness programs to educate employees about information security best practices and policies. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff members are aware of their responsibilities and equipped to identify and respond to security threats.

5.Security governance and compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and legal requirements related to information security. Stay up to date with evolving security threats and trends, and ensure the organization's security practices remain current and effective.

6.Security architecture and technology: Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement secure information systems and networks. Evaluate and select appropriate security technologies, tools, and solutions to enhance the organization's overall security posture.

7.Security audits and assessments: Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and gaps in the organization's security controls. Develop remediation plans and track progress to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.

8.Incident reporting and communication: Prepare and present regular reports to senior executives and stakeholders, providing updates on the organization's security status, incidents, and risk mitigation efforts. Communicate effectively about security-related matters to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in information security, such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in information security, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of information security principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA)
  • Strong understanding of network security, application security, and cloud security.
  • Experience in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging security threats and trend
