We are proudly part of Japan Post —Work collaboratively with Sales, Commercial and Business Process teams to implement new & existing Sales Initiatives in the country  Identify administrative processes within the Country Sales Organisation and work together with the Regional Sales Operations Team to standardize and outsource these activities.  Train new Sales People in basic Sales Processes and CRM processes.  Proactively advocate and improve CRM Data Quality.  Analyse Weekly / monthly sales data (Pipeline, Volumes, GP Return on Cost) and highlight need for action.  Support Governance of Country Sales Incentive Plans including audit and review of Bonus & Commission payments.  Support sales target setting process for Individuals within the country.  Prepare management updates and reports for the Regional Sales Leadership Team.  Support Sales Team while working on bids and submitting their proposals  Work on ad-hoc requests by the sales team (e.g. sending out Quotations)What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
