We will prioritize candidates who can commit to a minimum of 6 months, with full-time preferred. For part-time roles, a minimum commitment of 3 days per week is ideal.Responsibilities
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on automoderation decisions and follow through on machine model optimization actions with relevant stakeholder teams
- Attend to escalations from Operational teams, identifying root model issues and following through on issue resolutions and model optimization
- Track and report key business quality metrics, analyze data to identify issues, and propose solutions
- Implement new quality measurement workflows, working closely with Operations, Products and Data teams in the smooth roll-out and operationalization of metricQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Strong communicator in English, both in writing and speaking.
- Strong in data analysis and good sensitivity to numbers and statistics.
- Good at looking for solutions to problems, with a growth mindset and an avid learner.Preferred Qualification
