LMA Recruitment is working with a well-known international bank with a strong presence in Asia. The bank offers a wide range of products and services to meet the needs of its customers, including personal banking, business banking, and wealth management. They are seeking a skilled and experienced relationship manager (onshore).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Premier clients, helping them reach their financial goals.
  • Promote and educate clients on using digital channels for banking, reducing the need for in-branch visits for simple tasks.
  • Work closely with other team members (investment, insurance, treasury) to provide clients with complete financial solutions.
  • Keep clients updated with market news and provide tailored advice on wealth management products based on their needs.
  • Offer financial planning services, ensuring advice matches clients goals and risk profiles.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to support their growth and ensure they receive excellent service.
  • Regularly engage with clients, assessing their needs and offering solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all KYC/AML regulations and maintain the bank's high standards.

Compliance, Risk & Control:

  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements, ensuring risk and compliance are properly managed.
  • Make decisions that protect the bank and its clients, following policies and ethical standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Wealth Management with a proven track record in managing Premier client portfolios.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a resilient and collaborative attitude.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Singapore.
  • The successful candidate will undergo enhanced vetting as part of the recruitment process.
