- Take charge of inventory management and stockholding periods by implementing efficient ordering practices to maintain product availability and maximize sales.
- Strategize and oversee sales planning, with a focus on promotional items to boost revenue.
- Develop and manage weekly rosters and SPLH (Sales Per Labour Hour) based on the promotional/seasonal calendar to optimize workforce deployment and control labor costs.
- Train and mentor team members through On-The-Job training, assigning special projects, and facilitating participation in training programs to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain high standards in shelf ticketing, product displays, cleanliness, hygiene, stock rotation, restocking, and customer service to create a pleasant shopping environment.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
